DACA Renewal Checklist: Forms, Documents and Filing
Prepare the DACA renewal forms and review each set of instructions. Use this checklist to organize your work; it does not determine eligibility or replace official instructions. [USCIS] You do not automatically need to resend every document from your first DACA request. Review the renewal-specific evidence guidance and any request USCIS sends you. [USCIS]

Which forms do I need to renew DACA?
A DACA renewal includes Form I-821D, Form I-765 and Form I-765WS, with the applicable fees. Review the current instructions for each form before filing.
Use the expiration date on your current DACA approval notice and EAD to plan your filing window. USCIS recommends filing between 120 and 150 days before expiration.
Do I need to resend my original evidence?
For a DACA renewal, USCIS FAQ Q56 says additional documents are not required unless you have new removal-proceeding or criminal-history documents not previously submitted in an approved DACA request. USCIS may still request additional evidence. Follow the separate I-765 instructions too.
Before submitting online or by mail
For a paper I-821D, keep the edition date and page numbers visible on every page, and use the same edition throughout. USCIS may reject a form with missing pages or mixed editions.
Complete all required sections and sign your form. USCIS says it rejects unsigned forms and identifies required fields in its filing tips.
For paper filing, the correct mailing address depends on your state of residence. Use the USCIS filing-address page linked from Form I-821D.
